This policy explains what personal data Artigrid ("we") collects through https://artigrid.net, how we use it and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, name and an encrypted password, when you create an account.
• Purchase data: products purchased, amount paid, coupon used, order ID, license keys and download history.
• Payment data: we do not receive or store your card or bank details. Payments are handled by Paddle.com or PayPal, which send us only the order confirmation and the buyer's name and email.
• Usage data: basic visit statistics of our demo pages and technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept for security and troubleshooting.
• Messages: the content of emails or forum posts you send us.

3. How we use it

• To create your account, deliver the Software, generate your license and give you access to downloads and upgrades (performance of the contract).
• To send transactional emails such as purchase receipts and license information.
• To provide support and answer your questions.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to comply with legal and tax obligations.
• To send product updates and offers only if you opted in; you can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service:

• Paddle.com — payment processing and tax collection for card orders (Merchant of Record). See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
• PayPal — payment processing for PayPal orders.
• Google (Gmail) — delivery of transactional emails.
• Our hosting provider — storage of the website and database.
• YouTube — embedded demo videos, which may set their own cookies when played.

Some of these providers process data outside your country. They are required to protect it according to applicable data protection laws.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie that is strictly necessary for login and checkout. We do not use advertising cookies. Embedded YouTube videos and the payment providers may set their own cookies under their policies.

6. How long we keep it

Account and purchase data are kept while your account is active and afterwards for as long as required by tax and accounting laws. Technical logs are kept for a limited time. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; purchase records we are legally required to keep will be retained only for that purpose.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU GDPR and Chilean data protection law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email sales@artigrid.net. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, encrypted passwords and restricted access to our database. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its "Last updated" date.
