Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of ArtiGrid and ArtiGrid Builder Pro (the "Software"), sold through https://artigrid.net by Artigrid, Chile ("we", "us"). By purchasing, downloading or using the Software you agree to these Terms.
1. Who sells the Software
Card and local payment method orders (such as debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL or Bancontact) are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all those orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns for those orders, in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Orders paid with PayPal are sold and processed directly by us.
2. What you get
- ArtiGrid: a PHP CRUD grid library, delivered as a downloadable source code package.
- ArtiGrid Builder Pro: a CRUD scaffolding tool that generates modules for ArtiGrid, delivered as a downloadable package.
After a successful payment, a license key is generated and the Software is available immediately from your account's Downloads page. You will also receive a confirmation email.
3. License
Each purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased version of the Software, subject to these Terms:
- You may use the Software in an unlimited number of your own projects and in projects you build for your clients.
- You may modify the source code for use in those projects.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the Software, or its source code, on its own or as part of a competing library, CRUD generator, template or development tool.
- You may not share your license key or your download access with third parties.
The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all intellectual property rights in the Software.
4. Updates and upgrades
Your purchase includes the version available at the time of purchase, which you may use indefinitely. When a new version is released, you can upgrade by paying only the difference between the amount you have already paid and the current price of the product. Upgrading is optional: your current version keeps working without it.
5. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). For orders processed by Paddle, applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by Paddle according to your country and may be included in or added to the displayed price. Discount coupons are applied before checkout and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
6. Refunds
All sales are final. Please read our Refund Policy before purchasing. We encourage you to test the live demo and the documentation first.
7. Support
We provide support by email at sales@artigrid.net and through the community forum. Support covers questions about installing and using the Software; it does not include custom development.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for testing the Software in your environment and for the security, backups and data of the applications you build with it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Software is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits or business. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country.
10. Termination
If you breach these Terms, in particular the redistribution restrictions, your license may be terminated and your download access disabled.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to new purchases.
